If my BMI is 23, will I get nice results for a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery ??

It is difficult to tell without photos or an in-person evaluation. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation and discussion of your options.

Thinner patients can often get great results with an experienced surgeon, but pictures or an exam would help determine your candidacy.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of
these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as

Your BMI is within the recommended range, but unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
