How soon after upper lip lift can I get Rhinoplasty done?

I am from Russia but want to get a rhinoplasty and lip lift in the United States. Apparently, the two are not often done simultaneously, but I want to combine both operations in one trip. If I get a lip lift, can I get the rhinoplasty as soon as stitches are out (within a week)? Thank you
