Bump on bridge of nose after hit. (photo)

Natalie1563
I had a rhinoplasty around 3 years ago. 6 months ago I had an injury and was hit on the bridge of my nose with a hard metal drawer. There was no bleeding but there was some bruising as well as swelling. I went to see a specialist and was told that there was no fracture. No however I can see and can feel a small bump on the bridge of my nose. Will this go away with time or will this only go away with a revision?
