I had surgery on my maxilla and a sliding genioplasty 8 years ago to correct an open bite. While this had significant benefits, there are a few things I feel are "off": -Lower lip incompetence with asymmetric chin dimpling--did not have dimpling prior to surgery. Could mentalis resuspension help? -Long philtrum -Deviated septum -Pronounced perioral fat mounds -Overall asymmetry between my chin, lips, dental midline, and nose Looking for the most effective way to address this, thanks!
