Hi, I recently had a rhinoplasty in July of 2022, I had a hump and the doctor was able to rasp it down and lift my tip. However, after a few months, I noticed bumps forming on my bridge, my right side nostril looks bigger than my left, and my nose tip is slightly slanted to my left. He told me he could rasp it down and so I got a revision. He made it worse and now I still have the bumps and the slanted tip. It’s my biggest insecurity. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I see your concern, however, since it is symmetrical on both sides, this is not unsightly. My concern about trying to remove skin on both sides is that asymmetry or notching may ensue. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
