Yes you can have filler dissolved as long as you aren’t already pregnant.  The product we use to dissolve filler is Vitrase.  It is widely used in the industry.  You cannot use Vitrase if you are already pregnant though.

At first, I would like to tell you that you should give yourself a little more time for the swelling to come down. For all you know the results might actually be very acceptable. If still unhappy one week later you can have hyaluronidase administered to dissolve the product, but this may require more than one treatment for optimal results. Even if you should be pregnant hyaluronidase should not affect the baby. hyaluronidase injection are directed mainly to the fillers and I believe it have minila system absorption, even if there is systemic absorption, two months is more than enough time to flush it out of your system
