I usually bruise after getting lip injections, although ice helps with the swelling. I thought that perhaps having a cryo facial (no traditional facial techniques or manipulation of muscles, just cold air therapy) afterwards would be even more beneficial.

You will need to allow 2 weeks for the bruising and swelling to go down fully before results can be seen. Bruising and swelling are very common after lip injections but you can massage gently and daily which may help with softening of the filler....
Thank you for your question! After 4 days you are most likely still swollen from your most recent injections. If things still look the same after 2 weeks then I would recommend having the filler dissolved with Hyaluronidase. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician provider....
