Bruising is not uncommon after lip fillers and resolves in few days. Ice pack may provide some relief but you need to be careful not to cause skin damage. 

I'm not sure if you will see a big difference in using cryo therapy.  There are some other options to consider.  Some patients use the supplements Arnica and Bromelain to help with bruising and swelling.  Icing intermittently and keeping your head elevated can be beneficial.  Remember to stop the use of NSAIDs, aspirin, Vitamin E and other medications and supplements that thin the blood 7 days prior to injection.

The cryotherapy is unlikely to help with the bruising. The bruise will resolve on its own over the next few days. Good luck.

There is no evidence to suggest that cryotherapy helps after any kind of injections, but you are welcome to try it since it will not affect the effect of Botox. Good luck from New York City
