I had a BA+BL July/05/2022. My breast just look off to me. My right one is saggy and empty at the bottom and has a strange shape. My surgeon left the facility and they have since closed down and I have no one to ask my questions or talk about my concerns. HELP
Answer: Capsular contracture Your right breast is hung up and possibly experiencing cc. Nothing should be done for at least another month or two, but you may need a surgical procedure to release the right implant so that it can sit properly under the breast.

Answer: Breast Revision Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revision breast surgery. It appears that your surgery was not artfully performed. I would recommend an implant exchange to a higher profile implant, pocket modification/capsulorrhaphy, and revision of your mastopexy. I believe that you can have an excellent appearing breast. Answer: Smaller implants Your implants are too large for the skin envelope. You will need smaller implants. The other alternative is fat transfers. You should be able to find the name of the surgeon instead of going through the clinic that is closed. It would be good to get your operative note to have more information for the next surgeon to understand what was done.
