Your right breast is hung up and possibly experiencing cc. Nothing should be done for at least another month or two, but you may need a surgical procedure to release the right implant so that it can sit properly under the breast.

Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revision breast surgery. It appears that your surgery was not artfully performed. I would recommend an implant exchange to a higher profile implant, pocket modification/capsulorrhaphy, and revision of your mastopexy. I believe that you can have an excellent appearing breast. Your implants are too large for the skin envelope. You will need smaller implants. The other alternative is fat transfers. You should be able to find the name of the surgeon instead of going through the clinic that is closed. It would be good to get your operative note to have more information for the next surgeon to understand what was done.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Based on the series of posted photos appears as asymmetry and volume differences or ruptured implant on right? Best to obtain utrasound/MRI of breasts to see if a rupture is present. Otherwise better to virtual consult with... for revision and exchange of implants in that need larger size/volume on right, revise lift. Fee $10,000...
