What's wrong with my breast? What are my options? (Photo)

I had a BA+BL July/05/2022. My breast just look off to me. My right one is saggy and empty at the bottom and has a strange shape. My surgeon left the facility and they have since closed down and I have no one to ask my questions or talk about my concerns. HELP
