Unsatisfied with implant size, currently at 535CC and feel like implants disappear into my body. How can I achieve a full DD?

If you like the shape of your current breasts, changing the implant size and / or projection may help you achieve your desired results. Another choice would be to perform some fat grafting to improve the volume and projection of your breasts without exchanging the implants. I recommend you return to your board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and the best way to achieve them.

There are three main options for increasing breast size: changing the implant width, changing the implant projection, or adding fat grafting. The size needed should be based upon measurements and what your tissue will support instead of what you think you should have. Otherwise, with implants too large and heavy, your tissue will thin and sag and look worse. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
