650cc to 445cc - should I be concerned about my revision results? (Photos)

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give you meaningful advise based on these photos, it can be a breast contracture, as one of possiblities. It would be in your best interest to seek in person consultation with another board certified plastic surgeon with known reputation in breast surgery, possibly two of them. You should not rush into a new surgery before it is clear what is the cause of this asymmetry. Good luck.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. He/she may give you a band to wear to help keep it in place.

Patients and surgeons have different ideas about breast shapes and sizes that are attractive or desirable. While the photos that you have submitted show a very nice post-operative result, you seem to be unhappy with the fullness in the upper pole. This is considered attractive and desirable by many patients and surgeons. Before any type of further revisional surgery is considered, you need to have a long conversation with your surgeon about the size and shape of your breasts that you consider desirable and attractive.

Photos are not very helpful if only posting side views with no front views. Best to virtual consult with… I think your results are acceptable but again not sure.
