I had a breast augmentation and lift done last November. I immediately knew something was wrong. After a few months it was visible there was a problem. There were issues with the original PS so I saw another who did a revision (went from 650cc to 445cc with another lift). Turned out my right implant was through my muscle and that’s why it never dropped. My concern now is that my right implant is looking EXACTLY like it did before. Should I be concerned? Do implants still drop after revision?

Answer: Breast asymmetry after multiple surgeries Unfortunately, it is impossible to give you meaningful advise based on these photos, it can be a breast contracture, as one of possiblities. It would be in your best interest to seek in person consultation with another board certified plastic surgeon with known reputation in breast surgery, possibly two of them. You should not rush into a new surgery before it is clear what is the cause of this asymmetry. Good luck.

Answer: Dissatisfaction following revision of breast augmentation with mastopexy Patients and surgeons have different ideas about breast shapes and sizes that are attractive or desirable. While the photos that you have submitted show a very nice post-operative result, you seem to be unhappy with the fullness in the upper pole. This is considered attractive and desirable by many patients and surgeons. Before any type of further revisional surgery is considered, you need to have a long conversation with your surgeon about the size and shape of your breasts that you consider desirable and attractive.
