I got J-Plasma in Colombia and got a really bad burn, I think it's a burn? How do I heal it? Will it leave a scar? What should I do and what should I not do? My surgeon gave me an olive oil treatment to put on it and the nurse covered the area with gauze and plastic wrap for underneath my faja, I feel this isn't right. My surgeon suggested 3 mins 3x of Cyrotherapy. I also had J-Plasma done to my breast with breast implants. Is that normal? Advice pleas?
Answer: The Best Option for You Hello,Renuvion J Plasma is a relatively safe procedure. However, as with other similar treatments, the margin between a dose that will yield results and one that could cause harm is not very wide. In cases where the patient has previously undergone Liposuction or Cryolipolysis, even safe doses can lead to complications. From what I can see, there may be an issue, especially with your left leg. If a burn has indeed occurred, it will progress from deep to the surface, becoming more noticeable over time. Depending on the size of the affected area, the healing process of the wound may take 2-3 months. If a large area is affected, skin grafting may be required.

Answer: How to recover J-Plasma burn? Thank you for your question and photos. You do not state how far out from surgery you are at this point. You should've been sent for hyperbaric oxygen treatment right away. If you are a few weeks out, this will not help at this point. I never seen an injury like this from J-Plasma or Renuvion alone. This is more consistent with VASER liposuction done very superficially inappropriately. J-Plasma certainly aggravated the situation. It is just poor technique in use of these powerful technologies. The last photo shows that the area of injury is decreasing, and if you don't have any skin breakdown, you might recover. You will end up with hyperpigmentation and or fibrosis in this area. I would not advocate cryotherapy to an area that suffers from poor blood supply already. Regarding J-Plasma to the breast skin should not affect your implants. I would recommend gentle stretching and gentle massage at this point. Good luck with healing.

Answer: J plasma burn inner thigh treatment Based on your posted photos, it appears you have a significant inner thigh burn from the J – plasma unit this is due to the skill of your surgeon not the machine itself. Best to see a burn center for treatment since this is quite serious. After healing is completed possible revision will be needed. If you’d like you can virtual consult regards and good
