Do I need work done to my eyes or cheeks? Rhino for sure (Photo)

Having a forehead lift, temple lift, or upper blepharoplasty will harm you look. There are not surgeons out there who are great at these procedures and rhinoplasty. I recommend finding an aesthetically oriented ptosis surgeon (easier said than done) and have the upper eyelid ptosis addressed. It will help you will your upper eyelid ptosis and compensatory eyebrow elevation. This will make a profound difference in your aesthetic appearance. Having everything done by one surgeon sadly puts you at risk for permanent facial disfigurement. Please do not do that to yourself. Focus on finding the best surgeons for each procedure you need and don't buy fantasy. You need surgeons who communicate and are not selling their apparent lifestyle.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The tip needs to be well defined. The nasal columella angle may need to be changed. You would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. These can be done at the same time.

Your eyes and cheeks look just fine, it does not appear that any work needs to be done. For a rhinoplasty evaluation, a full set of facial photographs from all angles(Not just from the front) are going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the bridge line and refinement of the nasal tip, with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would also be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with the procedure.

Your face is fine. You’re attractive and there’s no imbalance that needs correcting.
I highly recommend you avoid any permanent irreversible surgical intervention at this point.
There’s nothing wrong with your face.To make any kind of accurate assessment regarding rhinoplasty surgery we always need quality pictures, including profile pictures.
If you want equality assessment then include quality pictures. Quantity does not equal quality.
Take a look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures and try to mimic that.
We want frontal 3/4 and profile pictures Without facial expression taken at correct angles.
Regardless, I suggest you resist the temptation of inquiring about surgical corrections.

The consequence of poorly made decisions regarding surgical intervention can equal or poorly made decisions regarding tattoos.
They are permanent, which means you can’t go back.
There should be a solid indication to have surgery.
To me, you do not have them.
