Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. This looks like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation although it is difficult to be sure from the photo.  This could be treated by a cream containing hydroquinone but it should only be prescribed after a physical examination.  Please see an expert.
