FFS for the MTF TG patient. I need to see better photos as described on my website to give you an informed answer. Having pioneered TG surgery for almost 50 years and invented several procedures i feel a natural and more feminine look is best.

This shouldn't be an issue. I would recommend having your procedure done at a hospital, rather than a surgicenter for safety reasons, however elective surgery won't be an issue.
