Hey, I’m a trans female and wondering what I can do to look femme and if I need to undergo Facial Feminization Surgery. Please leave honest answers about how I look, what I can do to improve and if there’s any possible way to avoid FFS because of its cost. Although, it would be nice. Affording it will be tough. Do I look like a woman or girl or is there anything I can tweak? Thanks, Keegan

This shouldn't be an issue. I would recommend having your procedure done at a hospital, rather than a surgicenter for safety reasons, however elective surgery won't be an issue.
