FFS for the MTF TG young patient. You would benefit from a Browlift using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with Hairline Lowering and Orbital Bone Reduction which I invented. It doesn’t show a scar as the hair grows through and in front of the hairline. A chin reduction and contouring, etc and a Rhinoplasty.

Facial feminization surgery is individualized per patient. Generally areas that cause dysphoria or causing you to be misgendered are the areas that are addressed. The most common areas addressed are the brow bone, the hairline, chin/jaw area, cheek augmentation and the nose. In your case, the brow bone/hairline would likely affect the most change.
