Left breast has squishy water feeling - should I get an x-ray for my breast? (photos)

I had a breast augmentation w/ gummy bear implants done a year ago & left breast has a squishy feeling like water or air is in it but it is the implant. Should I get this looked at or is it something I should go to the emergency room?
