PU Implant edges turning up and palpable - pocket too small? (photos)

Question

I had my first BA last year, 315cc submammary, anatomical PU implants. I am very happy with my RHS, which feels part of my body, but my LHS has not felt natural since day 1. I can feel the edges of my implant easily on this side & even underneath it to my thorax, when I bend over the the edge of implant comes away from my breast plate & is noticeably visible. I am conscious of this breast all of the time and wearing a bra is uncomfortable. Is my pocket too small? What are my options?

There is definitely a pocket issue in play here- and could use some work- what work exactly I would not know without examining you- but I would also consider adding Strattice mesh to thicken and strengthen your own natural tissues!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

This is why I prefer the smooth round implants so that long term problems like this can be avoided and edges are not felt.  I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being examined.
