One eyebrow arches higher then the other. What's the best treatment? (Photo)

For some reason my left eyebrow is always arched oppose to my right which looks normal. I think in may be an over active muscle as I could feel a bump where the arch is as if the muscle is flexing (the other eyebrow again feels completely normal). Is there anything that I could do that doesn't involve going to get medical treatment? (Botox and whatnot)
