I got a non-surgical nose job about 1 hour and a half ago and I am REALLY unhappy with the results. Can I get rid of them?

Some people experience more swelling after a non-surgical nose job treatment than others. If you are still dissatisfied after your swelling has resolved, the dissolving enzyme works extremely well for dissipating HA after injection in the nose. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

I would check with the doctor that did your procedure to fin out which types of fillers were used. There are some fillers that can be dissolved using a reversal agent. 

Hi and thanks for your question. I recommend you wait a few more days and see what your nose looks like when the swelling goes down completely. Nice thing about HA fillers is that it is easily reversible with enzyme. If you have this procedure performed again, make sure that you find an injector who is very experienced specifically in Non Surgical Rhinoplasty and ask to see his or her before and after pictures.

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You will have swelling, which can last 1-2 weeks. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hours after a procedure is simply not the right time to make a judgment about the result.  You are swollen from the procedure, and you are certainly not looking at your final result.  First, express your concerns to your physician.  They may be able to provide reassurance, even treatment if they feel you have excessive swelling or inflammation.  Then I would encourage you to withhold judgement for a few weeks.  If then you are unhappy, depending on the filler, it may be dissolvable.  If not, the results can often be revised to address your concerns by the thoughtful addition of filler.  Hang in there...

Thank you for your question. I understand how frustrated you may feel. Obtaining a perfect result in liquid rhinoplasty is difficult. It is important that you provide the right amount of time for the swelling to settle. I always like to have my patients wait two weeks before anything is done. Often swelling goes down and patients would like a little more or a touch up. I would honestly wait about two weeks and if you still dislike the results have your injector dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase. 

If your doctor used a hyaluronic acid filler it can be dissolved, so do not "freak out".  It is not unusual to be red and swollen after fillers and it actually can take at least two weeks and even more for full results to be appreciated.  Another plus regarding hyaluonic acid fillers is that they can also be "tweaked" a little with the enzyme hyaluronidase.
