Can you sharpen nose tip without surgery? (photos)

Is it possible to contour the tip of nose which looks slightly too heavy/bulbous without invasive surgery? Are there any treatments that take away bulk rather than adding to it with fillers as per standard non-surgical nose jobs?

In general, when people come to our office with a wide nasal appearance involving the upper middle and lower thirds of their noses, rhinoplasty surgery is necessary to achieve a narrower, and less distracting nasal appearance. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
