I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon to review all the options for you. Sometimes having a small amount of filler injected at the tip can give you a sharper looking tip, but again it really depends. Good luck
