Can you sharpen nose tip without surgery? (photos)

Question

Is it possible to contour the tip of nose which looks slightly too heavy/bulbous without invasive surgery? Are there any treatments that take away bulk rather than adding to it with fillers as per standard non-surgical nose jobs?

In general, we do not advocate nonsurgical nose job procedures for people who have wide nasal tip appearances, and wish to achieve a narrower, and less distracting nasal tip appearance. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon to review all the options for you. Sometimes having a small amount of filler injected at the tip can give you a sharper looking tip, but again it really depends. Good luck
