Is a non-surgical nose job safe? I want to hide the bump on my bridge.

But had a few questions about the non surgical nose job. First, can it help with what the nose looks like from a 45 degree angle or just the side profile? Second, I read that it can cause blindness and skin dying. How do I avoid this from happening?
