Hi, I feel like my nose bridge is a little too thin and my nose tip is too pointy. I wanted to know if its possible to soften and round out my nose tip to sort of create a "button nose"? I know that fillers technically make the nose bigger and that's exactly what I need! I want my nose to have more volume :) Here's some examples of noses I like. My nose already has a natural curve to it but I just would like to round out the tip.
Answer: Nonsurgical Nose Jobs Can Be Used For Straightening Nasal Bridges & Contouring Nasal Tips Nonsurgical nose jobs using volumizing fillers have been around now for a long time. I have personally been performing them for well over fifteen years now. At first, we used them for camouflaging nasal bridge (radix) bumps and humps. Later, we expanded their uses to include treating irregularities along the nasal spine left after surgical rhinoplasty and for filling nasal tip clefts. More recently, using a technique developed by Italian physicians, we have been able to upwardly rotate I downwardly pointing or droopy nasal tips. So, adding volume to the tip via volumizing fillers is certainly feasible. The I whole procedure should take no more than about five minutes to perform and engenders little to no significant downtime. In my NY office, I typically choose Restylane Lyft for this purpose. In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved volumizing fillers are available I would opt for Hyabell Deep. I suggest that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with expertise and experience in performing nonsurgical nose jobs and make sure that you ask to see his/her before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Furthermore, you should discuss the possibility of a trial just "to see how things look" using either normal saline or dilute anesthetic solution to approximate the results of a nonsurgical nose job. In this way, you will have about five minutes (before the injected solution gets absorbed) to "try out" your new nose. Best of luck to you.

Answer: It depends on your examination. In general, if somebody has a pointy nasal tip appearance with thin nasal skin, microdroplet Silikon 1000 nasal injections may be considered for permanently adding nasal tip volume and achieving a round or nasal tip appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob for a Button Shape Hi and thanks for your question. From your pictures, it does look like you could be a good candidate for this procedure. For the longest duration in a temporary filler, I usually use Voluma and it gives my patients 1.5 to 2 years. Voluma is also reversible at any time with a simple enzyme injection. Once the filler wears off and the nose goes back to its original shape, I give my patients the option of repeating Voluma treatment or going with a permanent filler like Bellafill. This is also a very safe and effective filler, but it does not get dissolved by the body, so it lasts for many years. Whether temporary or permanent, Non Surgical Rhinoplasty takes 5 to 15 minutes to perform, involves minimal pain, minimal risk, no downtime or swelling and you can see the results immediately after the procedure. If you do choose to have Non Surgical Rhinoplasty, make sure to find a physician who is very experienced in specifically this procedure and ask to see their before and after pictures. Hope that helps.

Answer: Results with a non-surgical rhinoplasty Hi. It depends on your nose. I like the noses you posted here but I need to see your actual nose from front and side. It may be possible or it may end up looking too "natural" and less cute for you.
