New York area. Would I be a good candidate for this type of nose job?
Answer: Based on your profile photo, nonsurgical rhinoplasty may not be for you. You appear to have a large nasal dorsal hump that may be too large to camouflage. You may be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery for a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal profile. Thank you. Dr Joseph

Answer: Nonsurgical Nose Jobs Using Volumizing Fillers Work Well Well For Nasal Bridge Bumps & Down-Turned Tips Well over fifteen years ago, when I first began performing nonsurgical nose jobs (then using the calcium-based volumizing filler, Radiesse), the procedure was primarily intended to treat bent nasal bridges. Not long afterward, however, its uses expanded to include, among others, raising and rotating upward downturning nasal tips, filling nasal tip clefts, and smoothing irregularities along the spine of the nose left after surgical rhinoplasty. From the photo provided, there do appear to be both nasal bridge and nasal tip issues, both of which appear amenable to nonsurgical use of volumizing fillers, such as Voluma XC and Restylane Lyft. Fees will range upon which filler or combination is deemed bests, as well as the amounts of each, and the experience and expertise of the injector, ideally a board certified aesthetic physician. Fees typically may range between 750-1500. Make certain to ask to see before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.

Answer: Non Surgical Rhinoplasty NYC cost A non-surgical rhinoplasty using fillers can augment or raise your bridge giving a more narrowed appearance. In your case the nasofrontal angle can be elevated to give your nose a straighter appearance and less hump. Keep in mind the results are short lived and repeated treatments would be necessary to maintain the result. Over time, this can get as costly as a rhinoplasty. I would recommend you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon, experienced in this procedure as well as facial cosmetic surgery, specifically rhinoplasty. They should be able to present you with numerous before/after photos of their patients and offer references from patients who underwent the procedure. Cost will vary based upon how much dermal filler is used - fees range from $800 to $1350.Best. Dr. S.
