Well over fifteen years ago, when I first began performing nonsurgical nose jobs (then using the calcium-based volumizing filler, Radiesse), the procedure was primarily intended to treat bent nasal bridges. Not long afterward, however, its uses expanded to include, among others, raising and rotating upward downturning nasal tips, filling nasal tip clefts, and smoothing irregularities along the spine of the nose left after surgical rhinoplasty. From the photo provided, there do appear to be both nasal bridge and nasal tip issues, both of which appear amenable to nonsurgical use of volumizing fillers, such as Voluma XC and Restylane Lyft. Fees will range upon which filler or combination is deemed bests, as well as the amounts of each, and the experience and expertise of the injector, ideally a board certified aesthetic physician. Fees typically may range between 750-1500. Make certain to ask to see before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
