Almost 2 weeks after gynecomastia surgery, pecs feel extremely weak and "tired".

thanks for your question. It is rare to have muscle fatigue after gynecomastia surgery. Sometimes the edema or swelling can cause the muscles to feel heavy and weak. I have a had about 2 patients with this in 12 years of doing male breast reductions. It can take up to 6 weeks for this to go away. If Iiposuction was done, I have seen someone else's patient with weakness after fat grafting under the muscle were I believe the lateral and medial pectoral nerves were bruised. This is something I have not heard of before.  Perhaps swelling has made things feel "tight"?  True weakness would be unusual to say the least.  Be sure to follow up with your doctor.

Not sure why your muscles feel so tired. That's not the normal recovery. maybe you are just recovering from the anesthesia still. Check in with your surgeon.
