Almost 2 weeks after gynecomastia surgery, pecs feel extremely weak and "tired".

What's happening to me? Almost ever since I had the surgery done my pecs are awfully weak. Usually they're pretty firm, but after the surgery, they're very weak and tired, not painful though. Worth mentioning that most of my swelling is gone, the surgeon said it's mostly fluids and Edema right now. He was actually pretty surprised that it healed that fast (gland excision only). Is this normal? I am getting adequate sleep and keeping my nutrition good but nothing seems to help.
