Can you advise on low breast scar & donut lift? (Photo)

Question

I had my breast augmentation late march 2021, and has paid for a full masteoplexy with 400cc hp implants(from 34 A ). As I waited to be taken into the surgery room, my dr made a chage of plans and said he would preform a donut lift. I asked him not to, and he said he would do what’s best. The one scar is very low, nipples larger than before, and he won’t cover the full cost of fixing, and is claiming the donut lift is the same cost. Do I pay for his mishap? This feels unethical.

A donut lift should cost less that a different type of lift because it’s a lot less work. you should bring this up to your surgeon as well as your other concerns.

every surgeon has a revision policy. Many involve reduced or even no fees for the surgeon (depending on the situation) while the patient may still be responsible for facility (the use of the operating room, staff, and supplies) and anesthesia fees. Best to go back to your surgeon and have a talk about your concerns again.

Every surgeon has his/her policies about revision surgery and what is and is not covered with the original fee.  I would suggest looking back at your paperwork and then discussing this with your surgeon. Your one photo is very limited. Doughnut lifts often enlarge the areolae.
