As far as breast lifts with implants your result is actually very good. A breast lift with implant is a tricky procedure. It may not be perfect but Your surgeon did a good job. Any further surgery could make things worse

Your lateral pocket could be tightened so that the implant does not fall so much to the side and matches the right better.

Thanks for posting after photos but need before photos to compare. Otherwise I do not see your issues? Best in person consults or maybe a virtual could demonstrate the issues you are having.
