Question

had a breast augmentation with lift with 8 months ago. The left side has felt kind of off since then. It feels heavy, like I have a foreign object in me and I hate the way it looks. It feels like the implant has shifted out of place. My plastic Surgeon did a procedure where he removed skin under local anesthesia but it doesn’t look any different and honestly feels worse than it did before

As far as breast lifts with implants your result is actually very good. A breast lift with implant is a tricky procedure.  It may not be perfect  but Your surgeon did a good job. Any further surgery could make things worse

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your lateral pocket could be tightened so that the implant does not fall so much to the side and matches the right better.
