had a breast augmentation with lift with 8 months ago. The left side has felt kind of off since then. It feels heavy, like I have a foreign object in me and I hate the way it looks. It feels like the implant has shifted out of place. My plastic Surgeon did a procedure where he removed skin under local anesthesia but it doesn’t look any different and honestly feels worse than it did before

Implants may not lift the breast enough to avoid a lift. You probably need a lift. Please do not go bigger for you will stretch and thin your tissue even more and sag with time.
Please do not go too large. Large implants stretch and thin your tissue, are heavy on your neck and shoulders, and will sag with time. The DDD is usually too large for most women. I recommend to go with the first choice, but please discuss this with your surgeon.
The size depends upon how much smaller you want to go. I would suggest considering somewhere between 300 to 350 cc, which should drop you one to a half cup in size. Lowering the implants will also decrease the upper breast fullness.
