Thank you for the question. This is a complex issue and you have undergone multiple breast surgeries. Based on your photos, the most important step would be to correct the breast pocket where the implant is placed. However, an examination is necessary in order to accurately assess and plan any additional revisions. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Fellowship-trained plastic surgeon. Good afternoon,You do have some lateral displacement. I developed a technique over 20 years ago I call the Original Internal Bra, a strong, permanent internal suturing technique which actually permanently corrects bottoming out and lateral displacement. Today it is the most common revision I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!
Dear Kash1818,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The pocket could be lowered somewhat inferiorly and be tightened laterally to prevent the armpit feeling.
