I’ve had my silicone implants for 2 years. I went to the gym 3 weeks ago, did lat pulldowns & now have muscle spasms in my right breast. It’s not painful, just more annoying. It feels as if the breast is contracting or “flexing” by itself. It also gets worse when I drink coffee or anything to give me energy. My regular Dr (not PS) gave me muscle relaxers & I’m still having the spasm. The breast is not hard and looks normal. I had an ultrasound done & they said it looked normal. What should I do?

Your nipples are probably in the correct place, but your breast implants are sitting too low and possibly some breast tissue is well. This can be lift by raising the inferior pocket internally.
You are too early to discuss concerns about hanging tissue since you have swelling and the implants have not settled. This should improve as you heal. The dark areas be your vertical incision includes part of the areolar skin. right now you need to heal. Later, more can be excised.
