Dark Areola Skin in Folds of Incisions on (R) Breast Lift & (L) Breast Hangs Low on Inside. Do I need a revision? (Photo)

Practical7290
I had a breast lift with augmentation, 10 days post op and I’d ask my surgeon but he seems very dismissive with my questions lately. 550cc Mentor Textured Silicon above muscle. Nonetheless, my right breast has what appears to be skin from around my areola in my incision from underneath my nipple to the fold downward, will this skin eventually blend with the normal color of my breast or will I need a revision. Also, there’s hanging on the left inner bottom breast, time will correct this?
