Bulbous tip and bump on bridge of nose - is using filler my best option? (Photos)

I am 25 and had rhinoplasty in 2022 to fix my deviated septum. The surgeon was asked to leave the tip of my nose alone. This didn’t happen and now its bulbous besides This there is a piece of tissue I’m assuming, that was left under my skin causing a small bump on the bridge of my nose. My confidence is shattered i absolutely hate my nose and am scared to have another surgery but completely ok with filling or any other options there might be. Please give me options and cost as i do not want to spend a crazy amount thank you

Based on your photo, you appear to be a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. The tip should be able to be narrowed some and better defined. The width of the bridge can come in some as well, all while keeping things looking natural. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Not many tertiary rhinoplasties are an easy recovery. There is a lot more swelling and bruising due to more challenging dissection through previous scar/injured tissues. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon, preferably one who has also...
