I am 49 years old. My right upper eyelid does not have the proper support provided by the fatty tissue due to a trauma 20 years ago. As I am aging it is getting worse and I lost my self confidence because even with makeup I cannot make it less visible. Can this condition be fixed by surgery permanently? Thank you for answering my question.

Dear broken,
You are still beautiful. Unfortunately injuries as complex as yours are sometimes extremely difficult to reconstruct, especially when there is extensive soft tissue involvement (i.e. skin, muscle). I would recommend that you seek consultation with an American Board of Plastic...
If your lower eyelid retraction isn't too severe, Enduragen might be beneficial, but it could be insufficient for more significant retractions. A more stable product might be necessary. For this purpose, I use ear cartilage grafts. It can be considered as an option.
