49, can my right eyelid be repaired? It does not have proper support due to a trauma (Photo)

I am 49 years old. My right upper eyelid does not have the proper support provided by the fatty tissue due to a trauma 20 years ago. As I am aging it is getting worse and I lost my self confidence because even with makeup I cannot make it less visible. Can this condition be fixed by surgery permanently?
