Hello. 2 weeks ago I had surgery to correct lower eyelid retraction with hard palate graft and tarsal strip After the surgery my eyes became very narrow and small. I had naturally large round eyes and even after the eyelid retraction appeared my eyes looked cute but now I feel very unattractive.Now my eyes are squinted all the time and give me an angry look even when I smile Is it possible to fix this or will it get better after few months?

This situation may not change much. However it will settle and that settling process may help you get to a place were you are happier with your reconstruction. In viewing your images (thank you for posting them),  I think your lateral canthal angles could be lower and more laterally placed. The hard palate graft could be trimmed. Finally, the lower eyelid and canthal reconstruction can effectively pull the upper eyelid down. Careful analysis of your situation is needed to determine what has changed from your surgery and what precisely is causing your concerns. This can only be done by an in person consultation. Don't even bother with surgeons who want to zoom this consultation.
