Hello. 2 weeks ago I had surgery to correct lower eyelid retraction with hard palate graft and tarsal strip After the surgery my eyes became very narrow and small. I had naturally large round eyes and even after the eyelid retraction appeared my eyes looked cute but now I feel very unattractive. Now my eyes are squinted all the time and give me an angry look even when I smile Is it possible to fix this or will it get better after few months?

Without photographs it is impossible to offer much of an opinion about this. At two weeks you are still swollen from surgery. It literally can take months for this swelling to resolve. Until that time, it is challenging to assess the result. It is possible to over correct a lower eyelid....
1. Lateral canthal dystopia, or asymmetry of the outer corners of the eyes, can be caused by various factors, including genetics, aging, trauma, or underlying medical conditions affecting the eye or surrounding structures.
2. The cost of surgery for lateral canthal dystopia can vary widely...
Based on your photo and in my experience, a surgical procedure should be able to fix the issue.
Make sure to consult with an experimented board certified plastic surgeon.
Best of luck !
