10 weeks post up, what can be done to address jawline definition/loose pocket of skin? (Photos)

10 weeks post op from deep plane face lift and neck lift, co2 laser. I wonder why my jaw line isn’t more defined and mainly why is there a pocket of loose skin directly under my chin. Touch up, what can be done to address this, I know I’m very early into this and he won’t do anything, I am to see him 5 months. Also corner lip lift with live fill.
