Regarding neck, your result may be too early and will improve in time; a small amount of Botox into visible msucle bands may help. Regarding nostril asymmetry and columella issue, very likely that you would need some sort of cartilage grafts by means of columella strut or extension and butterfly graft to correct dimpling in soft triangles. Small amount of filler may help regarding last issue. Hope this helps.

Whenever fat reduction is done in the form of liposuction, it is possible that muscle structures under the skin become more visible. The vertical bands are platysmal bands, and the round structure is likely a salivary gland. I don't see a submental incision so I'm not sure a platysmaplasty is done. This probably will require revision surgery. If you have this redone, it needs to be a different technique to address the bands and glands.
