Dear Doctors, Thank you for taking the time to advise. I am a 60 year old female in excellent health. I had a necklift procedure in combination with facelift. 7 months ago. Everything has settled very nicely apart from these softish lumps . These were not pre existing but developed after procedure. I was thinking that it was post operative swelling and would dissipate over time. I feel that the size of the lumps has decreased probably by about 20% only over this time

Without examining your skin, I can't be totally specific about my analysis, but your photos show uneven contour of subcutaneous fat (under the skin) in the front of your neck. It is possible that due to fat removal either surgically or with liposuction, the platysma muscles were uncovered, and...
Based on your photos, it appears to me that you have sagging platysma muscle bands. If they were fixed with surgery, then they have returned quite early. If they weren't that visible before surgery, then they are now more apparent due to a depression between them probably due to fat removal. ...
