i have a low anterior hyoid, had an excellent neck with platysmaplasty, but still want a sharper neck angle. i've read about this- the movement of the hyoid bone for a sharper neck angle than possible with a traditional neck lift. the other option is the 'giampapa' type suture suspension which has a lot of bad reviews but may be worth it if expectations are reasonable. and it can be reversed. i had had a well done chin implant as well, my neck angle still does not compliment me
