Are persons with autoimmune condtions such as sjogrens still candidates for rhinoplasty? (photo)

Its been a year since my rhinoplasty and im very unhappy with my results. One side of the tipmof my nose is so asymetrical that my nose looks crooked. I feel ugly and want a revision but have been diagnosed with sjogrens. Am I candidate for a revision?
