I had a revision with ear cartilage grafting as spreader grafts and a strut graft to hold up the tip. All made from my ear cartilage. I'm 3 weeks post op. My primary never used any implants or broke any bones. What are the chances of an infection developing years later as opposed to right after surgery? Just curious about the infection rate or the cartilage grafts not developing adequate blood supply. Can the cartilage grafts shift later on or do they become "one" with the surrounding cartilage
