Based on your photographs, there are several changes which could make a dramatic improvement to your nose.  It is safe to remove the implant and perform grafting with cartilage from the septum, ear, or rib.  You will also likely need to have alar batten grafts to help correct alar retraction.  In regards to your nasal tip, it is possible to perform a tip narrowing and refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the tip refinement.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.  From the photos presented, it appears that  this will be a very difficult revision rhinoplasty procedure, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience.  It will also be helpful to know what was performed in the last rhinoplasty. Removing any synthetic implant will bring the nose back to its pre-original state. A hanging columella also needs to be addressed as well as the alar notching. It is a good idea to try to obtain your old records to find out what occurred during the first procedure, so that your next specialist will have a good idea of how to proceed

You are asking a very common question.  Overall the answer is yes.  There are a handful of experts who are very good at this exact sort of surgety where an implant is removed and a revision is performed using rib or ear cartilage. I just filmed a similar one for television two weeks ago. Instead of using an implant I made a large onlay graft using the Tasman technique which is more natural in appearance.  The tip was then reconstructed to provide a more projected and refined appearance.  At two weeks the patient is looking great
