How much would cartilage being removed from the tip of my nose cost?

i have a narrow flat bridge, but the end of my nose has to much cartilage in it- would only want it taken down a cm or 2cm. in a range what would be estimated price?

Good question.  There really are not many cons to using nasal saline spray, other than possible disruption of sutures (depending on what suture material was used.  Also, if there was extensive nasal work performed, you may disrupt the architecture with the pressure from the spray - so...

The upper one third of the nose is made of bone the lower two thirds is made of cartilage. The boney arch can be thinned low down near the face and sometimes an intermediate thinning or osteotomies is performed which is usually done when the nose is twisted.

If you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon the chances of a botched rhinoplasty is virtually zero. I have done rhinoplasty for more than 35 years without a botched nose. You are worrying about something that is not realistic.
