What are the chances of a permanently failed nose job?

I'm talking horror stories. Like empty nose syndrome, collapsed nose, botched pig nose please be honest. i feel its much higher than i am led to believe. and when this happens, is there ANY way out besides more surgery?

if you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon the chances of a botched rhinoplasty is virtually zero. I have done rhinoplasty for more than 35 years without a botched nose. You are worrying about something that is not realistic.

Thanks for your question and concern. In the end it all depends on who you choose as your surgeon. Complications you mentioned are extremely rare in well trained hands. Interview a few surgeons and ask them questions which concern you. You will get a good idea during your consultations.

what you are describing is the concern of every surgical patient undergoing a procedure so go on complimentary consultations with experts in the area, look at photos of similar patients, see how you and the expert mesh and find who you will feel comfortable allowing them to operate on youDr Corbin

If you select a board certified rhinoplasty specialist there is virtually no risk of a permanently failed nose job. Revisions are sometimes necessary but a failed result that cannot be corrected, done by a qualified surgeon, is not within the realm of possibilities.
