What are the chances of a permanently failed nose job?

if you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon the chances of a botched rhinoplasty is virtually zero. I have done rhinoplasty for more than 35 years without a botched nose. You are worrying about something that is not realistic.

Thanks for your question and concern. In the end it all depends on who you choose as your surgeon. Complications you mentioned are extremely rare in well trained hands. Interview a few surgeons and ask them questions which concern you. You will get a good idea during your consultations.

If you select a board certified rhinoplasty specialist there is virtually no risk of a permanently failed nose job. Revisions are sometimes necessary but a failed result that cannot be corrected, done by a qualified surgeon, is not within the realm of possibilities.

The empty nose syndrome might be able to be treated with medicines.  The other issues will probably need to be addressed with surgery.  An in-office consultation would be needed to fully assess.  Best wishes.
