Nose bridge too wide? (Photo)

If you are concerned with the appearance of your nose then this is something that can be improved with surgery. In general the upper third of the nose is bone and the bottom two thirds of the nose is cartilage. Both areas of the bridge would likely need to be addressed if you want to narrow the bridge.  This is something that is commonly performed in rhinoplasty surgery.  I would recommend going to a consultation, at that time the specific procedure and recovery can be explained in more detail.

After having analyzed all the info. and photos provided to us, i recommend you perform a Full Rhinoplasty, includding narrowing of the nasal base, with nasal bones treatment, and alar and triangular nasal cartilages shaping.
With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.

Based upon this one photo, you do appear to have a wide bridge and nasal tip.  However, the decision to pursue rhinoplasty is a very personal one that only you can make.  Your issues are most certainly correctable should you decide to pursue surgery.  Seek a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty.  Best wishes.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from osteotomies to narrow your nasal vault.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

  A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing wide nasal bridge line to give more sidewall definition and narrow the nose with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features. Thanks for your question. Unique noses are something that make individuals stand apart from the crowd.  Individuals with unique noses don't need a rhinoplasty unless they are self conscious about it and, and detracts from one's self confidence. That being said, a rhinoplasty can narrow the bridge of your nose as well as build it up in the profile view. Some individuals who have broken their nose or who have large septal perforation, have what we call a "saddle nose deformity"- this is a low flat nose in profile and wide in front view, with a slightly turned up tip. This is very fixable! Good luck.
