This just depends upon the skill of the surgeon.  Some maneuvers will appear difficult in some instances.

Rhinoplasty is the most difficult operation to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so there's nothing simple about it. Even in the most experienced hands, 10-15% touchup rates are required six months to one year down the road. The tip of the nose is the most complicated which can require conservative cartilage removal, suture techniques, and cartage grafting techniques. Rhinoplasty is a surgery to improve the shape of the nose for breathing or appearance.The complexity of rhinoplasty does not come from the individual techniques used in the surgery. The complexity comes from evaluating each unique nose and determining which techniques to use. One simple technique can change the balance of all the other features. The challenge is getting all of the techniques in harmony to produce a safe and happy result.
