Help! What will help fix my boob it’s so much lower then my other and bigger also my nipples are 2 different sizes
Answer: Revision surgery Dear Persistent355994, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breasts The areolae can be easily adjusted. One implant is sitting higher than the other. What can be done depends upon which side you prefer. The lower breast is the more natural looking side with the implant dropped down into place. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns and options.

Answer: Breast asymmetries Dear Persistent, There are many pieces of missing information here. Your age, breast feeding history, pre-operative measurements and photos, type and date of surgery are all germaine to any critical assessment of your results. In addition to that, a physical examination is needed and your photo should not be taken with your arm up, as it affects your breast position. Try resubmitting with this information, or speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns and options. Good luck!
