your dorsum and the body of your nose looks ok, it appears to be predominantly a tip rotation and projection issue... this can best be solved by an open revision and likely septal extension grafting

hi I could not understand why u took 5 FU shots. secondly your nose is slim, only issue I see it is a bit longer with slight droopiness which I can appreciate only with better views.if possible send more pics so that we can evaluate u better and give u better suggestion on treatment options.
