Is my nostril unevenness really unnoticeable & will my tip cartilage get bigger? (Photos)

Uneven nostrils and extra cartilage. I've had nose surgery 3 years ago, I never liked my nostrils after the procedure (they were uneven before as well but became more visible because my nose tip was lifted). I have a piece of cartilage showing, and another one coming out of the tip. My original surgeon said he would not retouch it, stating that is barely visible and to look for mental help, blaming my unhappiness on body dysmorphia. Is the unevenness of my nostrils really unnoticeable? Will the tip's cartilage grow bigger?
