I recently had a revision bc my previous Dr completely warped my nostril. I'm now seeing a new problem that I believe stemmed from the original issue. I've been told I may need a graft or filler in the soft tissue triangle. My question is will this lift the nostril to have a round appearance instead of the slant? Also the base of the nostril is uneven, can the part with an arrow be removed? I appreciate your input, I dont want to keep bothering my DR but want to know whats realistic.
