These are never simple procedures and in your scenario, you are likely to need grafts to restore your nasal length and to derotate the nasal tip. This should help reduce the appearance of your nostril show but would be best performed by someone with significant experience in revision rhinoplasty.

In general, achieving your "old nose" is not feasible. If you would like to achieve nasal lengthening, this may be possible with "septal extension grating", and an examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy.
