Hi, When I was around 17, I went under the knife because I was unhappy with the shape of my nose (as most teens are). We told the doctor that I wanted something subtle,so that I wouldn’t look too different. However, he went against my wishes and I ended up with an upturned nose. At some angles, my nose blends into my face. I thought it would look less piggy-ish as it healed and the tip would go down, but it never did. Is there anyway I could make my nose look somewhat similar to how it used to?

Based on your photo, your nasal seems improved after rhinoplasty surgery. Your nostrils appear lowered and even, and tip flattening is unclear from your photos. I hope this helps you feel better. Dr Joseph
Hi, thank you for the question. Axis deviation should be fixed as well as nose bridge should be refined. 1 year following surgery is ideal. BestCem Altindag
Hi, thank you for the question. It seems that: your nose dorsum is still high and the lip tip angle may be reduced, if you wish. It is not necessary to reduce the projection of the nose. Refining those areas would be enough. Regards. Cem A.
