I had surgery for a BA 12 weeks ago. I am unhappy that the doc said he could only fit 240cc in, I'm 5'3 and 105 lbs. I was a 32a before and so far, I'm wearing a 32d. I just feel like for 6k 240 cc is a waste. What is your professional opinion? Are they still going to drop and fluff more? And how soon can I go back to get bigger implants?
Answer: Size change Hello,Thank you for the question and photos. Your breasts are not likely to change in size now, though they may soften more. They appear to be very proportionate to your frame. It is true that there is a limit to how much volume can be placed initially, though once you are completely healed- usually after 6 months, you could discuss options to increase the size slightly. All the best

Answer: 3 months post op, some advices: Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.Its early to talk about final results. In my practice, after performing a BA I recommend to my patients to limit the movement of the arms for two weeks. After that, you can move your arms taking care and always with common sense. In this regard, it's not advisable to carry heavy weights to prevent the implant out of position, and allow the formation of the physiological capsule around the implant, also to avoid pain and breast swelling.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol.

Answer: BA Congratulations! Beautiful results. You should be close to your final appearance at this stage. They look very natural which may not be the case with larger implants. You can do an exchange for larger implants at any point from now on.

Answer: 240 cc silicone Unders. Are they finished dropping and fluffing? 12 weeks post op! (photos) Thank you of your question and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated. You appear to have a very natural and conservative augmentation and by three weeks if you haven't seen many changes you are approaching your long-term results - in your 11 week photograph it appears that your implant is well-seated behind your nipple. Having not been present for your consultation about your desired size it is difficult to weigh in on your size as there are limitations on implants based on a few key breast parameters, namely your chest width. If still unhappy at six months I would recommend another evaluation or second opinion as to a further increase in implant size. Hope this helps.
